Had a slight problem after my surgery 20 Aug 2013. Went to A&E at West Middx Hospital. The staff responded to my problem in a timely, professional manner. (So you may a little time waiting to be seen. Not a problem. Staff are providing 1st class service under extreme pressure) I was admitted to Syon 1 Ward for a course of treatment. I spent 4 days under the care of a brilliant, caring team. I cannot thank all the doctors, sisters, nurses, support staff enough. Thank you all. You are discharged in the knowledge that "They are there if you need them" These are my personal findings and patients need to be realistic, relaxed and above all patient!
