My experience was overwhelmingly positive. Staff were outstanding in giving their name, treating me with respect and explaining what they were doing. There were exceptions, but that was at all levels and clearly caused by individuals' personalities or the day they were having. I cannot fault the cleanliness and the food was adequate. Some truly outstanding staff.
