What I liked

The doctor was fast and quick to diagnosis. She gave me good advice on NHS as I had just arrived in country. Meanwhile, The man sitting next to me who engaged me in conversation while we waited for the doctor was apprehended and arrested by police in mid-sentence and on the spot. I appreciate the extra entertainment while I awaited my turn:)

What could be improved

Coming in extremely sick it was not nice to see a hospital dusty and dirty. Clean it!!!!!
