my mother who is 74 went to this hospital with her scalp hanging off after a nasty fall and was told that they didnt have time to look at her it was 12.15pm on a saturday afternoon they said they closed at 1 pm. I am livid. My brother had to take her to another hospital a long way away and she had 12 staples in her head.

I am so sorry to hear that your mother had such a distressing time getting the care she needed for her injury. I assume you had to be redirected to an Accident and Emergency Department for urgent care.
