Had to have a very minor op - laparoscopy and dye test. Even though it was minor I still felt nervous. All staff were extremely kind and professional and I feel lucky to have been treated here under the nhs. I know the nhs is not perfect but boy what a challenge to keep the whole population happy! Have nothing bad to say about my experience whatsoever - thank you all.
