"Referals must be filed in the bin, couldn't care..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

My three year old was first referred to the childrens eye dept by our GP in April, then by the Community Pediatrician, then by eye causality and finally by a consultant at the Clinical Genetics Dept. None of these referals have resulted in an appointment. Phone contact is fruitless. I now have an appointment to see my MP. This couldn't care less service must be filing referals in the bin. Really at my wits end about my daughters sight.
