After months of delay and clerical mishaps, I arrived at the clinic after being misdirected by reception on the ground floor. When I arrived at the Dermatology clinic, I was surprised by the environment. There were old blu-tack blobs on grubby walls and sello-taped notices that were peeling with age. The glass screen adjacent to the reception desk was smeared with something whitish and looked filthy. The well dressed lady at reception was rude and aggressive, shouting and demanding to know who had told me to come early to the appointment. (The apt letter asks patients to arrive early). The office area for the reception staff was quite appalling, all grey and dingy with grubby carpet, they seemed to have no daylight at all, possibly a contributing factor to the rudeness I experienced.
