The care i recieved in Day surgery, Theatre, and Ward 10 was good, especially a helpful talk through of my procedure by the anaesthetist, and kind ward 10 staff. Once i left the ward though, the only contact i recieved was by letter which basically stated that i had been discharged. This left me very unsure what to expect or do next.

Feeling fully informed about our care and treatment when we are a hospital patient is crucial and it is very reassuring to know that this was the case for you. With regard to providing you with further advice since returning home, is it very difficult to offer any assistance due to the anonymous nature of the review.
