I had to go to the walk in centre last Monday evening 19th August 13, due to having a very painful abscess which had become infected and spread under my chest. I was given a prescription on the night and an appointment made the very next day to operate. when arriving at the day centre the staff were fantastic, and got better as the day went on. it turned out to be quite an infection as I has to stay in for 24 hours but was kept informed all the way. The nurses were fantastic and so was the doctors and surgeons, especially the anaesthetist who was fabulous, even took the time out to pop over to see how I was at the end of her shift.......brilliant
