I have been admitted to East Surrey 4 times in the past 12 months & each time I have been most impressed by the attitude, caring & professionalism in every department I visited. I would particularily like to point out the staff (from cleaners to consultants) on Charlwood ward, who are all totally amazing! Apart from being very poorly, I couln't have been happier, feeling safe & well cared for in the best place.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
