Excellent service, I found myself in need of an out of doctors hours emergency facility, due to an extremely angry horse fly! I came here expecting to sit & wait for hours Saturday 24/8/13. To my amazement I was dealt with very efficiently & quickly at reception invited to sit down in a wonderful clean, bright reception with toys for my son & plenty of magazines for me. Within 10 minutes I was called into a consultation room examined, sympathised with, given plenty of advice of how to look after my wound over the coming week & discharged with a weeks worth of antibiotics. I was fully expecting a prescription & a queue in the chemists! I am not one for leaving reviews but the way I was dealt with is a world away from the horror stories of the NHS we hear about it so I felt compelled to say Faversham & the surrounding areas are very lucky to have this facility & its efficient staff on our doorstep.
