I had an appointment today for 1.20pm at the eye clinic, at 1.25 I was called in for an eyesight test and at 1.30 to see the consultant. I was made an appointment for 12 months time and was away for 1.40pm. This service could not be faulted. The only complaint I have with the system is that I only received notice of the appointment 3 days beforehand.

We have since reviewed the bookings system and have started to book future appointments in advance when you come to clinic so short notice appointments should become such rarer.
