My wife visited the A & E Department on Friday 23rd August at around 8 a.m. Within 3/4 minutes she was called in to see Staff Nurse Helen regarding her problem. My wife was dealt with very professionally and kindly by a member of staff, who after hearing my wife's problem, spoke to a Consultant, who because the hospital did not have her records told her that she should see her own GP. The member of staff then telephoned her GP and managed to get an appointment within the hour. Brilliant service by your staff. My wife saw her GP and we are now waiting for an appointment for tests at the hospital. Faultless service from RBH and staff. Thank you
