I have just been a patient for the second time at the day surgical ward. I can honestly say that I was so well looked-after. The care was exceptional. What friendly accommodating staff they have they all work as a well organised team with time for every patient. The volunteers are amazing Thank you. I would like to say a special thanks to three staff members, and the lovely ladies who took care of me in theatre and recovery. Well done Southlands you are a credit to the NHS Wendy Coom
