"waiting to be seen"

About: Livewell Southwest Mount Gould Hospital

(as the patient),

this is the second time I have seen this consultant, the first time I had to wait 3 hours after my appointment time, this time an "improvement" only had to wait 80 minutes! I completely understand that sometimes appointment times can be late but there was no emergency, just a long coffee break.
