This department it totally disorganised. Communication amongst the team is poor. My child is waiting for an endoscopy .They sent an appointment out when they know we are on holiday and then try to contact us with dates when we are on holiday. After accepting a date they offer it to someone else and then try to blame their incompetence on us!
