Hi
I had to take my 14 month old daughter for her hearing test at outpatients and the service that we received was good. We did not have to wait too long to be seen and the staff there were extremely helpful and informative. Overall we were there between 20 - 30 mins and during that period, toys were provided that my child was able to play with. Come on Northampton General Hospital.
