Anything else?
After falling suddenly ill I was directed to ward 12. I was in pain and within half hour of arriving I passed out. I was then put on a drip and given a temporary bed. Once I was able to get up to nip to the loo I was asked to vacate the bed and spent 4 hours sat on a hard plastic chair with a drip in my arm waiting to be seen. The drip was turned off and the nurse forgot to put it back on. I then asked for painkillers 3 times to be told I'd get it in 5 mintues and never arrived. I arrived approx 11 am and was seen at 7pm, not being allowed to eat drink or lie down! Once seen I was told to go home and return the next morning to see a Dr who had been there the whole time, becuase 'I' have missed every appointment. I then asked for a drink and a slice of toast as I felt sick with hunger to be told I'd get it in ten minutes and of course it never appeard. So after nearly ten hours, no drink, no food, no pain killers I walked out. Unfortunately a few of my colleauges have had the same experience on Ward 12
