What I liked

I have used the Minor Injuries unit at Wharfedale twice in the past year. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional. I was seen - both times - within 15 minutes. The hospital was clean and tidy and magazines etc in the waiting room were in good condition. The nurses gave me good advice and a patient information leaflet both times. Really pleased with such a fantastic service - and that's from someone who works for the NHS!
