(as the patient),

Over the past 10 years I have had considerable experience of the NHS in South Yorkshire.

I had open heart surgery (replacement valve) in 2006 and removal of contents of the pelvic cavity and radical cystectomy (bladder cancer) in 2009, so I speak from experience.

The care has always been good. Nothing is perfect and every person is different, but I do not expect "The Ritz" and therefore feel nothing but gratitude that it was all there for me.
