I recently visited A&E after a slip on holiday, injuring my knee. The initial waiting time was lengthy, as could be expected for such a busy department. However all of the staff treated me with courtesy and compassion in a professional manner. My injury needed X rays and an MRI scan, followed by physiotherapy. All of this was carried out in a timely manner. The staff discussed concerns with me and allowed me to express a preference regarding treatment. I cannot praise Russells Hall highly enough. An excellent service all round. Thank you.
