What I liked

Not overvcrowed waiting area, smart clean with TV which help distract. Friendly helpful Nurses. Fully informed of what was happening. Husband welcomed into all the rooms with me and was able to stay with me as long as he wanted.

What could be improved

As it was a miscarriage that I suffered the only thing I would improve was when I had to go for another scan to confirm it was upsetting sitting with other pregnant ladies who thankfully all was going well for but would have been nice to have a seperate area for either them or us ladies who sadly miscarriage.

Thank you for letting us have your comments about your experiences at Castle Hill Hospital last year and we are sorry to hear of your loss.

Your kind words mean all the more because this must have been a really difficult time for you and we have forwarded these to the Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and they will ensure they are passed on to the staff involved.

We also expect the Trust to take on board your comments about having to wait for the scan with other ladies who were pregnant when you had lost your baby and would like to apologise for the distress this must have caused you.
