Our IVF referral has just been delayed by at least a month as the hospital only processed half of the blood tests that were requested. Might not be important to the person who made the mistake but very important to us. :(

Dear Anonymous, I am very sorry you have had this experience and the Trust would be very keen to hear from you directly as we may be able to assist by removing or reducing this delay. Would you be so kind as to contact us as soon as possible in order to facilitate this. Our number in the Patient Experience Team is 01279 827084 and we are available every weekday between 9am and 5pm to assist. I would urge you to contact us as soon as possible so we can eliminate any further delay insofar as it is humanly possible to so do.
