"My sister was admitted to the ..."

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Hull)

(as a relative),

What I liked

My sister was admitted to the Woodlands Ward and the care she recieved was second to none. The nursing team did their best to involve the family and looked after her with kindness and compassion. Nothing was to much trouble and when the end did come it was peacefull and with dignity. The experience was not one I would wish on anyone but they did their best to made an unbearable situation bearable.

What could be improved

Nothing

Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to place your feedback about the care provided to your sister on Woodlands Ward at Princess Royal Hospital last year. We have passed your comments on to Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals who provide the service who will ensure their staff are aware of your kind words. NHS Hull is the organisation responsible for deciding how money is spent on local health services [also known as commissioning], ensuring those services are of high quality and meet local needs. It is always good to receive positive feedback although we value all comments and if you would like to discuss this or any other matter further please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service on 01482 335409 or by email. Thank you once again for taking the time to provide us with your views on our services.
