The clinic for the appointment at "Clinic 2" had no consultant available so the visit was useless.

The next appointment is now in September at Telford.

A morning and 52 miles of travel wasted.

I am really sorry to hear about this. Without knowing the date of the clinic I am sorry but I am not able to confirm the reason for this, but this can be for reasons such as sickness absence with no alternative consultant being available. Since your appointment was cancelled I would encourage you to contact the PALS office at the hospital to discuss reimbursement of travel expenses.
