What I liked
I have been a patient at HRI whilst giving birth to my son in 2005, and my son was admitted in 2006 with severe pneumonia, and the care on both occasions has been fabulous. The hospital appears clean, and well run. The food was good, and the staff were helpful, friendly and approachable at all times. Thanks HRI!
What could be improved
Some of the information about patient care is not always passed between the medical professions quickly and/ or effectively. There were some confusions about medication types and dosages with my complicated medical history, and it became up to myself to question this, and chase up medications whilst I was an inpatient, because 'doctor is still finding out what to do with you'.
