From making the appointment to see my consultant,to having the procedure for hip pain relief I was only waiting 2 weeks. From the beginning to coming home I received nothing but first care,from the staff in out patients to the nurses and staff on the wards. When I was taken down to theatre I was kept waiting for only a couple of minuets but the nurse who looked after me kept me informed on why I was waiting and this kept me calm. The team of Doctors in theatre were excellent. This was my third visit to this hospital and I have nothing but admiration all concerned at Wrightington Hospital.
