Just wanted to say another big thank you to the gastro team and all of the ward 15 staff. My mum has visited this hospital three times now for further tests and investigations. Since mum arrived, she has been treated with great respect and care and has felt very much at ease throughout. Mums care has been exemplary, from the drs taking the time to explain everything through to the porters and the auxillary staff. Keep up your hard work. Thank you to the staff who have been so helpful in answering our questions and helping to organise our stay. I just wish our local hospital in Cumbria could learn from you!
