(as a parent/guardian),

My son is being investigated for a dermatological condition. The consultant we have seen does not seem to be registered on the GMC website as a practitioner. How is that possible? I tried to find out his GMC number from the HR department in Royal Preston and was refused. I think the management at Royal Preston needs to get a grip on this and the way they handle complaints from patients.
