I came into A&E with a lower back, spinal injury and was expected to sit for 3 and a half hours on a hard seat, and saw a few others, especially elderly patients also struggling with the seats. some comforts would be nice considering the waiting times in A&E. Staff were great though.

I will share your comments with the A&E staff and also highlight your thoughts about providing comforts for the time you were waiting for patients struggling with the chairs especially for elderly patients
