Extremely efficient and professional care from first visit onwards including follow up. Specialism means that the hospital is a well oiled machine which nevertheless avoids any sense of a being on a production line. All patients have a private room with shower room attached. All staff including non medical staff are appropriately dressed which is reassuring and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The catering is very good. All the medical staff have high levels of expertise in their practice and additionally communicate very well. Although hip replacement is now common it is nevertheless a serious surgical procedure and it is hard to imagine a more positive and supportive place in which to experience it.
