What I liked
I am very disappointed to find out my appointment has been cancelled when I have arrived at the reception area. Firstly, I have wasted whole morning to ensure I am on time; secondly, it has taken 15 minutes to find a parking space and I spent £2.40 on ticket; finally, I have picked up a voice message from NHS on 1:58pm regarding on the appointment, unfortunately it was too late because my appointment supposed to be 1:40pm.
What could be improved
> Better communication - it takes 2 to communicate
> Better & more parking spaces
> Refund or enable to reuse my parking ticket for my re-arragement... please
