I would like to express my thanks to the doctor and the two nurses who looked after me so well on my recent visit to their dept. This was my second visit as I had not managed to cope very well with the procedure on my first trip. With this in mind and off course the worry of what the test might reveal I was very apprehensive. I would like to reassure anyone reading this that I could not have been treated better..the lady doctor and the two nurses were totally professional from the start. However more than this they were just so kind and considerate. I was put totally at ease. Every move was explained and my feelings and questions considered before and during the whole procedure. Im glad to say this visit was successful and just wish I could remember the names of the professionals involved. 5 star service from the NHS
