What I liked
I attended ENT outpatients (its like a building site - very run down). Reception staff were not at all friendly. Consultant prescribed medication that was no longer available and the other item was not in stock anywhere.
What could be improved
I have to go again and I asked to make an appointment on a suitable date at a suitable time but i was told that i will get what i am given. On my first visit many patients did not attend. Perhaps if they offered choice of appointment this would not be the case.
