"Not a happy patient"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Anything else?

Was in surgi centre in may for ankle surgery and although all the pre care and the surgery its self was fine the after care was appalling. Had to stay in hospital overnight which was fine and I was happy to but in the evening I was hungry and asked for something to eat 3 times and never received anything. I also needed to go to the toilet and as I couldn't walk had to ask for help, they responded yes will be with you in a minuet, however I think they forgot as I had to ask another 2 times. The same thing happened in the morning however I gave up waiting for help and made my own way to the toilet with crutches only to be told that I shouldn't have when they finally came to my bed. Couldn't wait to get out of there and would never have another operation there again.
