"Considerate staff at the Reception Desk at Minor Injuries"

I should like to express my appreciation for the prompt, courteous and considerate attention I received from the Reception Desk at Minor Injuries at Kent and Canterbury Hospital on one afternoon in late July.

A bag foolishly lost at the bus stop, containing amongst other items valuables, cash, and IPad, was handed in at Reception at Minor Injuries, for which I am very grateful. ‘John’ on Reception established my address, and clearly put himself out to deal with the situation in a prompt and efficient manner.

This incident reflects the general impression I have of the considerate attitude of most staff at the hospital, despite the many difficulties the Institution may be under.

Thank you very much for providing us with feedback and I am really glad we were able to re-unite you with your bag and possessions. Our staff work hard and often go the extra mile to meet the needs of patients and members of the public who visit our hospital sites.
