I have had a few surgeries on my shoulder here and the staff is excellent. What needs to be done is to make the PODS where patients start off more comfortable. A TV area and somewhere with a sofa to sit, the needs to be more clocks as It drives me crackers not knowing the time. What could be done is an estimates time that you will go in to theatre, as to my experience went on a Saturday at 8.00am and didn’t get into theatre till 3.00, not a happy bunny, and there were only here on the list. I can understand that things do go wrong Job well done guys
