I attended the dermatology clinic, and could not believe how rude, unhelpful and aggressive the Staff Nurse I dealt with was. The staff also thought it was perfectly acceptable to discuss diagnoses with patients in the main corridor in front of waiting patients. I found the consultant did not seem to care about my problem, and quite frankly I felt fobbed off with their answers. I am making an official complaint to all of the Trusts involved.
