(as the patient),

I found that the service has been a lot of help and has made me feel a lot better about myself.

The therapist was excellent and gave me more confidence which helped me.

She also helped me to understand and address my difficulties and I felt she treated my concerns seriously.

On reflection I feel I gained the help that mattered to me.
