"IM is first class and worked wonders for me"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

1) I am writing to you about my experience with Inclusion Matters. First of all, I would like to take the chance to say a big thank you to Maria and Elaine for their help and support they gave me from the start of my treatment. I listened to their advice and trusted in them and feel I couldn't have solved my problem without their advice. Thank you both so much.

2) The treatment I received from Inclusion Matters was first class and I wouldn't hesitate if I or anybody else needed help. I would always recommend the service now that I have experienced it myself. It was helpful on every level. At a time when I was so low after the traumatic death of my beloved father. I couldn't tell anyone my problem but knew I needed help. The hardest thing I have ever done was walking through the door and admit my problem. Looking back it was the best thing I have ever done. Without it I wouldn't like to think where I would be now. I still have a bit to go but feel I'm getting there day by day and feeling better in myself that I have decided to go back to work. Something that was always my goal.

3) IM don't have to change anything about the service you provide. It's first class and worked wonders for me. Thank you all so so much.

Dear Rifles769,

Thank you for your lovely feedback.

I am glad that once you summoned up the courage to walk through our door you found the help you needed. It sounds as though you have made a lot of positive changes esp. with going back to work. I hope your words will encourage others to access our service too.

I will make sure your kind words are passed on to the rest of the staff team - especially Maria and Elaine.

Best wishes for the future,

Elizabeth Lovell
