My darling Mum was in a serious condition and brought in by ambulance under blue light so we skipped the outer A&E section' Anyway the staff in the emergency room were kind, efficient, courteous and professional - if it had been possible to save Mum I am sure that they would have done it. I owe them my eternal gratitude and I hope that these messages are forwarded to them so that they know how much they are appreciated.
