What I liked

From Reception to Discharge I could not have wished for more. Everything was explained patiently. Additionally staff took the time to say "ask again or give us a ring if you need to talk."

My operation was for a rectol prolapse and partial hysterectomy. I prepared well for the operation and heeded advice given. I even braved a spinal injection as opposed to a general anaesthetic.

All the after care was spot on. Staff were vigilant about keeping sterile. Again nothing was too much trouble.
