"fast admitance from re- sus after ..."

About: King's Mill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

fast admitance from re- sus

after being admitted chronic heart failure with chest pains.

bradi cardi cardiomapathy dilated

resus treatment was first class as some of nurses knew my condition when working on cardia ward 3.and could relate my condition to drs treating me as carry medical card with medical condition on card with drugs on

and wat to do .

could not fault treatment

What could be improved

only problem is come into A&E in to cubicul

where it seems hours before see any one after admittance.

no one checks on you see if you ok or need toliets and if you can manage to call for nurse you lucky if one comes. this needs looking into .i know it can get hecktic in A&E at times and nurses rushed of feet but to have some one checking on you reasures you not forgoten.

Thank you for your comments. As you pointed out, A&E can get busy at times, however we do always monitor and treat patients according to their needs. We also have volunteers in the department who provide a reassuring presence when things do get hectic, but they do not provide 24 hour cover. I have passed on your comments to A&E.
