About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I am intrigued by your strange and costly appointment system at a time of national stringency, and apparently so is my doctor.

No less than 16 letters are listed on the enclosed sheet, plus two more from TRAQS.

Each letter seems to have cost 33p - £5. 28 for one appointment? ?

I am disappointed to read your somewhat negative comments regarding the TRAQS appointment system. As your feedback is anonymous, the source of the 16 letters referred to remains unclear, as is the reason for receiving a further 2 letters from TRAQS.
