i just wanted to say that i attend my appt when i booked in i was told i needed to have a ultrasound (to which i knew nothing about) But the ladies who did the ultrasound were wonderful and made things light hearted which helped a lot i then had to be seen by Consultant the HCA called me into the room the consultant and the HCA were great and very caring and i can't say it was a pleasure attending beacuse of the nature of appt but they did make it very easy thank you j
