Today I was seen at 9.30 am by a doctor at the neurosurgery department, who was very rude for some reason from the very beginning and was huffing and puffing all along. Wasn't helpful at all and gave me wrong information. Very rude, no smiles, no please, no thank you, no hello how are you. Told me to give my urine sample to a nurse, which I did, on which they exploded and told me to get out, instead of nicely showing me the place, where I should leave it! I was treated and felt terrible basically! I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all to anyone! Absolutely horrible service. I work in customer service myself, so I know how people should be treated! Absolutely horrible staff. Though some staff at the reception were nice, kind and friendly, not all staff. I hope you look into the way your staff behaves very soon! I am not pleased at all with how I was treated today and I am every angry about the poor service that I received! Regards
