What I liked
I was admitted on Sunday the 9th March with severe chest pains. The examinations care and treatment I received from the paramedics, ambulance crew, A & E staff, through to the entire staff of the Acute Medical Unit where I spent 2 nights was FIRST CLASS. and by first class I mean superb, perfection personified.
Where the tabloids get their terrible stories from I do not know, probably invented to sell the paper, because I have stayed in 4 star hotels and experienced poorer service, cleanliness, and food.
Carry on the good work.
What could be improved
The only minor snag was the lack of control over the CH system which produced rather overpowering temperatures.
