What I liked

In my experience kingsmill receives large amounts of bad press and after moving from the area am greatful for all it has done for me.

Been admitted over 6 times in the past two years - turned up to byron house and been on either SAU or a ward in minutes.

The staff in the hospital (mainly ward 1 and 12) are fantastic. Always helpful on admission right through to once home, have phoned 24 hours from discharge and received great support over the phone.

What could be improved

Radiology as a dept is fairly 'miserable' hanging around at the front desk and showing liitle enjoyment in the job - which when someone is ill is the last thing you want to see.
