What I liked

My mother was recently taken to A and E with heart palpitations, her treamnet from arriving was excellent, she was diagnosed in A and E with 5 doctors seeing her including the cardiac consultant, she was admitted to a ward only waiting for 15 minutes for the bed to be ready, her care on ward 3 was fantastic, the staf explained everything to us in detail and we willing to answer any queries. This ward is a credit to the hospital and the NHS. A special thanks must go to the nurses on A and E who were some of the best nurses I have ever come acroos. We are so grateful to all the staff that cared for her.

What could be improved

It was abit of a mystery to us why they were removing perfectly good bed side cupboards with new ones but at least a charity van collected them.
