I had to attend Accident and Emergency last Tuesday. The receptionist was polite and helpful which was reassuring and the treatment I received was first class. I was subsequently admitted to the CDU where I found all the staff to be efficient, courteous and caring. The various different departments all worked well together in their efforts to help me recover. Thank you to all the staff - their reassuring and calm manner all helped what was a traumatic time not only for me as the patient but also for my family. Very lucky to have such a good hospital close to our home
